You may maintain only one Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance therein.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. okbst will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate security of your login details. You agree to notify okbst support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and applicable anti-money laundering regulations, okbst requires Players to complete KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include any valid Philippine government-issued identification such as a PhilSys National ID, UMID, Passport, Driver's Licence, or Voter's ID. okbst may, at its sole discretion, request additional supporting documentation. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by okbst may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
You must promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate at all times. okbst shall not be liable for delays, errors, or failures in service delivery caused by inaccurate Account information provided by the Player.
okbst accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All Account balances are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). okbst does not accept deposits from third-party payment accounts — the name on the payment instrument must match the registered Account holder's verified identity.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 or the equivalent denomination as specified in the withdrawal interface. Withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. okbst reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks prior to processing any withdrawal, which may result in processing delays. GCash and Maya withdrawals typically process within fifteen (15) minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers may take up to two (2) Philippine business days.
All transactions on the Platform — deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals — are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). okbst does not apply currency conversion charges for PHP transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate displayed in the deposit interface at the time of transaction.
Confirmed deposits are credited to your Account balance and are non-refundable once gaming activity has commenced. Players are advised to review deposit amounts carefully before confirming any transaction.

Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso to a designated bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be transferred to the withdrawable balance. Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the standard wagering requirement is twenty (20) times the bonus amount.
okbst reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer, or to modify the terms of an existing promotion, at any time and without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where required by regulatory directive. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors to gain undue advantage — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the okbst Platform — including but not limited to the okbst name, logo, trademarks, software, game graphics, text, images, video streams, and user interface design — is the property of okbst or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. No other right or licence is granted. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without the express written consent of okbst is strictly prohibited.
okbst collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. okbst processes Player data in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws and PAGCOR's player data requirements.

okbst reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, where the Company reasonably believes that the Player has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, provided false registration information, or where required by PAGCOR regulation or any applicable law.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting okbst support via Live Chat. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of all applicable security and KYC checks.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or any transaction on the Platform must first be submitted to okbst's internal support team via Live Chat or email to [email protected]. okbst will endeavour to resolve all disputes within ten (10) calendar days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process within thirty (30) calendar days, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels. okbst's determination on all matters relating to game outcomes, RNG results, and bonus calculations is final in the absence of a demonstrable technical error.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines, without prejudice to the right of either party to seek interim injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
